June 2021 Update: The CDC and CDPHE have released new guidelines allowing senior living communities more freedoms when residents and team members are fully vaccinated. Click here to learn more about these additional freedoms for residents and team members in Clermont Park’s residential (independent) living, assisted living and skilled nursing neighborhoods.

Originally published on March 11, 2021: We are preparing for some wonderful family reunions! Just yesterday the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released new guidance that communities like ours should offer responsible and safe visit options regardless of vaccination status for families and residents. CMS put in place some restrictions, and as has been the case throughout the pandemic, we must receive the green light from the Colorado health department before we can actually host more indoor visits.
