Here are just some of the many benefits your loved one can experience through our Adult Day Program.

  3. Reduce Caregiver Stress. We understand that being a caregiver is a full-time responsibility and that it often leads to a buildup of stress. Our Adult Day Program will allow you to have some free time to yourself to relax.
  4. Physical Recreation. Through engaging amenities, your loved one will have the ability to participate in a variety of exercise classes and outings. Exercise is an important aspect of staying active and healthy.
  5. Quality Care. Our Adult Day Program can provide your loved one with the essential senior care they need. We offer a nurturing social environment where your loved one can take part in learning opportunities that are essential to a healthy, happy life.

Adult Day Services FAQ

How often do you go on day trips or outings, and how much do they cost?

Clermont Park is happy to offer off-site outings to adult day care guests. Currently our Adult Day Program plans approximately two outings per month. Any additional fees for outings depend on the activity or local attraction. In the past, we’ve scheduled day trips to Wings Over the Rockies, Denver Art Museum, Colorado Sports Hall of Fame, picnics in local parks, trips to pumpkin patches in the fall and scenic rides throughout the year.

Does the half day program start and end at a specific time?

The half-day options for our Adult Day Services is defined as 4 hours or less. We offer the flexibility to start or stop that time at any point during our normal operating hours to offer your family added convenience. Our half-day option also includes lunch.

Do I have to commit to a minimum number of days per week?

Yes, currently the Adult-Day Program at Clermont Park currently has a limited capacity of 15 attendees, so we cannot accept drop-in participation at this time. The minimum commitment for our Adult-Day Program is one-half day per week.

Can I pick my loved one up early or drop them off late?

Of course! Any Adult-Day Program participant can arrange to begin or end their time at any point during our normal operating hours with advance notice.

Can I bring my loved one for a trial visit for our adult day program before we make a commitment?

Yes! We understand that sometimes you have to get first-hand experience before making a decision. We offer one free half-day trial visit. To qualify, you must complete our application and the participant must have a negative TB test in the last year. Once we have this information, a friendly team member from our Adult-Day Program will be in touch to set up your visit.

Does Clermont Park provide transportation services?

At this time, our Adult-Day Program does not provide transportation. We can arrange to have your loved one picked up and dropped off at our program through our home health care company, Rhythms Home Care. The cost depends on the distance traveled so please call Rhythms for details at 303-757-2300.

Does your adult day program take Medicaid or Veteran’s Benefits?

Clermont Park’s Adult-Day Program does not currently take Medicaid or Veterans benefits directly for payment. Contact the Veteran’s Benefits Administration to determine if you qualify for any additional compensation can be provided for our Adult-Day Program: https://www.benefits.va.gov/denver/
