A la carte choices for a lifestyle that’s distinctively your own — where you only pay for what you choose. Your monthly rent includes reasonable additional costs for the services and amenities you select.

Standard features are large, beautiful 1- or 2-bedroom apartment homes, a dining plan, educational and spiritual life enrichment activities, and scheduled transportation.

A la carte offerings include:

• Additional meal plans for up to 3 meals in our dining room daily
• Personal transportation
• Personal care assistance
• Medication management
• On-site physician 

Advanced care for Tailored Living residents is also available here in the Clermont Park community.

HUD Section 8 subsidized Tailored Living apartment homes are available in limited numbers. We welcome inquiries from those who are age and income qualified.
